Avalon Result - Wally Anskaitis Cup

Last night an appeal hearing into the steward's decision to declare the race after three stoppages was heard. The appeals tribunal found the steward was right in his decision to declare the race but the result of the race would be taken on the last completed lap. Therefore final results are NSW 2 Janelle Saville first, second was NSW 55 Trevor Perry and third Vic 13 Chris Fowler.
